1/9, 1/8 Cancel Button Addition and Bug Fixes

【Content Addition / Specification Change】

1. Added a button on various panels to cancel construction and demolition instructions.
2. Added a feature to issue multiple demolition instructions by long-pressing the button.
3. Added operation tips in the lower-right corner of the screen.

【Bug Fixes】

1. Fixed a bug in the 1/7 version where range selection with the mouse was not working during a pause.
2. Fixed a bug where destroyed warehouses containing soldier power and money could infinitely level up.
3. Fixed a bug where equipment resupply was not being processed correctly when chasing units.
4. Fixed a bug where the bonus for ishigaki cliff faces from technology was not being applied.
