12/16 11:00 PM Update (Addition of Cobblestone)

[Feature Additions]

1. Added Cobblestone blocks and the Cobblestone technology (located next to "Stone Cutting").
2. Translated the Firefighter worker and added a tooltip for the Firefighter worker.
3. Added descriptions to some technologies, clearly indicating the required materials and other details.
4. Downward adjustment of the parameters for leader units on Hard difficulty and above.
5. Reduced the power of disasters on Hard difficulty and above.
6. Added a feature where the force of water weakens when it hits a building. Slightly reduced the spreadability of water.

[Bug Fixes]

1. Fixed the issue where "Modern Armor" could not be selected for production in the Armor Crafting.
2. Fixed the issue where the Voice volume setting was not applied (due to a slight difference in the specification compared to other volume settings, this bug had been reported earlier but the fix was delayed).
3. Fixed a bug where the camera would go underground after saving and loading the game after digging to the bedrock.
