Dear Directors：
We have recently received feedback from some directors regarding the issue of score manipulation in "Ranking Mode." After data verification, it has been confirmed that there are indeed instances of abnormal scores among some directors, which seriously affects the principles of fairness and the competitive experience of the directors.
In order to protect the interests of the directors and to create a fair gaming environment, the Welfare Home has analyzed and discussed and has formulated the following handling plan:
1. We will deal with the users who have manipulated scores in the near future, which may include but is not limited to deducting materials obtained through abnormal scores.
2. After this week's update, a limited edition avatar titled "Fairness" will be gifted to all directors. We hope everyone can work together to maintain competitive balance.
3. We will continue to increase technical investment in the "Combat Mode" to ensure that directors can match suitable opponents to hone their skills and climb the ranking ladder.
We are well aware that there are still issues in the game that affect the directors' experience. Our team will earnestly listen to feedback and suggestions, continue to organize and resolve these issues, and strive to polish "The Snow Reach" to be even better. Once again, we thank the directors for their tolerance.
