Matrix Contract
The Season 1 Matrix Contract is getting a full upgrade! The classic double Mission Token boost is here to stay, but we've leveled up many of the other perks to make it even better.
The Striker Allocation Bonus just got a major buff! You'll now get 15,000 Mission Tokens directly. Use them to grab a seasonal Striker or save them for other goodies. Even better, these 15,000 Mission Tokens count toward your season total, instantly unlocking the first 7 Mission Token rewards in the Matrix Contract and giving you access to Matrix Selection items. Get ahead right from the start!
The Season 0 Contract perk that let pilots claim three weekly Rocket Beacon I via mail has been completely overhauled. Now, when you sign the contract, you'll get two Secure Cargo Expansion Permits, each instantly unlocking 1 slot in your Secure Cargo Bay.
Here's the best part: items stored in the Secure Cargo Bay are safe, even if your Striker gets destroyed. After a Mashmak battle, you can transfer them directly to your Inventory. This upgrade adds extra security and covers every battle this season.
Plus, the 2 permits from the Matrix Contract stack with the free ones, letting you unlock up to 4 Secure Cargo Bay slots this season!
The second perk—access to season-exclusive items in Matrix Selections—just got even better. For the first time, you can grab the legendary STRIKER ARCHIVE: NARUKAMI TYPE-S and Kanon Kamiya-themed accessories! These exclusive items can be purchased with Mission Tokens and are non-tradable, so make your picks count.
The third perk, previously the Matrix Contract Nameplate Mark, has been upgraded to a season-exclusive title: Contractor. It now comes with a bold, eye-catching display effect!
Season 1 Matrix Contract is stepping it up with Mission Token Progression Rewards! Earn Mission Tokens throughout the season to unlock tiered rewards based on your total points. These rewards are available to all pilots, even if you don't sign the Matrix Contract. But if you do? You'll score extra rewards on top of the standard ones.
The Mission Token Progression Rewards include:
Tier Protection Card · Pulse Light I/II
Secure Cargo Bay Expansion Permit
Supply Crate · Pulse Light (account-bound)
Frame · Pulse of the Indigo Stone
Paint Kit
Cargo Rocket Beacon I
Restricted Zone Key I
Paint Kit and Restricted Zone Key I can be sold in Matrix Marketplace.
If you've signed the Season 1 Matrix Contract, you can earn extra rewards on top of the Mission Token Progression Rewards, including:
Supply Crate · Pulse Light (account-bound)
Airdrop Support Drone · Cone
Mod Box · Superb
Solo Extraction Beacon
Squad Extraction Beacon
Restricted Zone Key II/III
Covert Operation Plan
Except for Extraction Beacons and Support Drone, all other bonus rewards can be sold in the Matrix Marketplace.
With the new Mission Token Progression Rewards system and upgraded contract perks, the official price of the S1 Matrix Contract has been adjusted. There's good news for Season 0 veterans: if you created your character during S0, you'll get a 15% discount.
Matrix Selections
The rules for unlocking items in Matrix Selections just got a refresh! Instead of needing to spend a specific amount of Mission Tokens, purchase permissions now unlock based on the total Mission Tokens you've earned during the season. All Matrix Selections items can still only be purchased with Mission Tokens, but some items have been moved to different unlock tiers.
The new Season 1 Strikers, UBP-D06A HEL and NGS-X241T ALPHARD (both non-tradable), are now available for direct purchase with Mission Tokens! Want to take them for a spin first? You can test them out in the Protocol Zero event. During the trial period:
Striker Design adjustments, tutorials, challenges, exclusive achievements, and skins for these Strikers won't be available.
Any equipped mods will be automatically unequipped after the trial ends.
Use Commander Office Access Card and Break Room Access Card (non-tradable) to explore and interact with specific areas in the Base.
The Season 1 Tier Protection Card I is here to save your rank! Limited to 3 purchases per week (non-tradable), this card prevents Tier Point losses in Operation VERGE Ranked Mode (Bronze–Diamond) after a defeat. Even better? You'll still earn Mission Tokens as if you snagged the win.
The Season 1 Tier Protection Card II is your safeguard in the higher ranks! Limited to 3 purchases per week (non-tradable), this card prevents Tier Point losses in Operation VERGE Ranked Mode (Elite–Champion) after a defeat. As a bonus, you'll still rack up Mission Tokens like you scored the win.
Season 1 Outfit Set: Pawfect Onesie (outfit), Bunny Plush Hood (head), Dreamweaver (chest), Plush Animal Tail (waist) can be unlocked by signing the Season 1 Matrix Contract and earning 20,000 Mission Tokens.
Open a Season 1 Supply Crate · Pulse Light (account-bound, limited to 5 purchases per week) for a chance to get:
Striker Pattern (100%, random theme/quality)
Corite · Pulse Light (100%, random quality)
Covert Operation Plan (2%, guaranteed in 20 pulls)

Meet Kanon Kamiya—the poised, elegant envoy of the Kamiya Consortium to the S.H.A.D.O.W. Special Task Force. With her Striker, NARUKAMI TYPE-S, she's the picture-perfect symbol of her family's "unwavering support" for Misra Matrix—or so the official story goes.
Behind the polished facade? She's a sharp-tongued manga artist who loves to argue, has a thing for firearms, and isn't shy about her not-so-secret disdain for her own clan.
Piloting NARUKAMI, Kanon Kamiya brings her own flair with exclusive boarding, execution, and MVP animations. Elite Pilots can customize accessories, insignias, and select voice lines (unlocked through achievements).
The NARUKAMI TYPE-S is locked and loaded with custom weapon skins and exclusive effects to make your strikes unforgettable. Fully customize its paint, patterns, insignias, and accents to fit your style. Just make sure you've got the KMA-D201 NARUKAMI to unlock it!
In addition to STRIKER ARCHIVE: NARUKAMI TYPE-S, Kanon's themed accessories—Gaze of Fury · Divide (eye), Gaze of Fury · Raijin's Drum (leg), and Gaze of Fury · Celestial Pull (back)—can be purchased with Mission Tokens (same unlock conditions, non-tradable).
These accessories can be equipped by Kanon or the Protagonist, and equipping them will bind them to the Pilot.
Matrix Selections now include Mod Box · Superb (non-tradable) with a reduced weekly purchase limit of 30 (down from 50).
A new item, Mod Box · Rare, is now available. It unlocks at 40,000 Mission Tokens, with a weekly purchase limit of 3 (non-tradable).

#Strikers#
The Striker selection interface in the Lobby has been updated. You can now easily locate and switch to your desired Striker based on its class (Brawler/Sniper/Attacker/Defender/Support).
Project Pulse has been completed. Two brand-new Strikers: HEL and ALPHARD, are now officially enlisted in S.H.A.D.O.W. Simply unlock and deploy them into battle.
UBP-D06A HEL
A Medium Attacker developed by Bifrost with reflective attack and deception abilities.
Long-Range Emitter (Main Weapon): Can be switched between Close-Range and Sniper Mode. Close-Range Mode fires Electric Arcs that deal Energy damage, bouncing to nearby enemies (up to 2 bounces, reduced damage per bounce). Drone reflections don't count as bounces. Hold to fire continuously.
In Sniper Mode, a sniper scope can be activated to increase lock-on range. It fires plasma beam that deals massive energy damage. Holding the button allows continuous firing.
Reflector Drone (Aux 1): Deploys a stationary drone. Attacks on the drone are reflected to nearby targets or other drones.
Pulse Trap Drone (Aux 2): Deploys a stationary drone that Staggers enemies entering its range. Drone can be attacked but enters Stealth on deployment. Auto-recalls when caster's out of range far. Usable while Staggered.
Deception Kit (Aux 3): Cancels Stagger and disguises HEL as the locked-on enemy Striker, preventing their allies from locking onto or attacking HEL. Activating or deactivating boosts Fluid Armor regeneration and grants lock-on immunity for 3 seconds. The Disguise is disabled when HEL attacks but reactivates after 1 second with the same buffs. It is also disabled when HEL is detected by recon devices. Requires a locked target. Press again to cancel.
NGS-X241T ALPHARD
A Medium Attacker created by NG System that excels in long-range assaults and frontline bombardments.
Autocannon (Main Weapon): Fires 12-round armor-piercing bursts, dealing Ballistic damage. Can be manually reloaded.
Rocket Pod (Sidearm): Fires 2 light rockets, dealing Blast damage. Can be manually reloaded.
Light Multilock Missiles (Aux 1): Launches 12 light missiles, dealing Blast damage.
Rapid Assault Mode (Aux 2): Cancels and grants immunity to Stagger. Propels ALPHARD forward at high speed, boosting Lock-on Range and Reticle Size. Evading breaks enemy lock-on.
Electro-Trail (Aux 3): Fires an explosive wire that bypasses Fluid Armor and deals Physical damage, Staggering enemies in its path. The resulting smoke inflicts Interference on enemy Strikers and destroys drones. Requires Rapid Assault Mode and a locked target.

New season feature Secure Cargo Bay: After acquiring the Secure Cargo Expansion Permit, automatically consume to unlock 1 slot this season. Items placed here are safe from loss if the unit is neutralized and can be directly extracted from Operation STORM and stored in the inventory.
Secure Cargo Bay is independent and doesn't use original slots, with a max of 4 slots per season unlocked via Mission Tokens and Matrix Contracts.
Mashmak Covert Operation is now a permanent mode. Pilots receive 3 automatic attempts weekly and can use Covert Operation Plans for additional entries.
After the season update, participation attempts for Mashmak: Covert Operations will be reset to 3 to let pilots dive straight into the new changes.
Summoning Beacon is limited to multiplayer. In single-player, unit neutralization results in mission failure.
Mashmak Normal Difficulty (Single/Multiplayer): Fewer stronghold guards, added supply crates for loot, and reduced mercenary/squad encounters.
Mashmak loot now includes rare drops: Corrupted Cascade Engine and Black Box. The supply shop sells them for 50,000/10,000 Matrix Credits, and pilots can trade via the Matrix Marketplace.
Optimized Airdrop Setup interface: Added text labels below all airdrop category icons.
Pilot badges now track Matrix Credits earned and spent; the career leaderboard adds a cumulative Matrix Credits spent ranking.
Stronghold Squads
After a season of battles, Theia's Vanguard upgraded colossal targets HELLCAT, MAKALU, and CONSTANTINE with various modifications (applicable only to Extreme Mode and Covert Operation):
HELLCAT: +10% HP in the initial combat phase.
HELLCAT: Missiles +30% damage.
MAKALU: Core armor structure reinforced, HP increased by 15%.
MAKALU: Upgraded missile models, enhanced explosion power, damage increased by 30%.
CONSTANTINE: Bridge HP increased by 10%.
CONSTANTINE: Increased missile damage by 30%.
Modular Weapons
New Modular Weapons Pulse Claw and Stasis Field added. Obtainable as Mashmak loot or purchasable with Matrix Credits at Matrix Supplies.
Pulse Claw: Right-hand, single-use. Uses Special Weapon Magazine to lock enemy Strikers and launch tracking drones. Hits cause paralysis, halt energy regeneration, and leave lingering interference. Can pursue up to 3 times.
Stasis Field: Right-hand, single-use. Uses Special Weapon Magazine to deploy a stationary drone that generates a large stasis field, blocking all attacks and slowing movement. Can be activated while paralyzed or staggered.
Reduced minimum Corite prices for Perfect, Flawless, and Rare Modular Weapons in the Matrix Marketplace; lowered Matrix Credit costs in Matrix Supplies.
Glider
When the pilot exits the Glider, a 5-second protection period activates, preventing other Strikers from interacting with it.
Glider Suppression Pack: Glider · Gatling Gun (Main Weapon) and Glider · Gatling Gun (Sidearm) damage increased from 315 to 365.
Enhancement Glider Pack: Glider · Rocket Pod (Main Weapon) explosion radius damage increased from 8,000 to 14,000.
All weapon packs feature independent Fire-Control System HUDs. When riding the Glider, they are distinguished by HUD color and pack icons.
Reduced minimum Corite prices for all Glider Mods and equipped Glider Weapon Packs in the Matrix Marketplace; lowered Matrix Credit prices for supply shop sales.
Locator Beacon
All Locator Beacons prioritize displaying the nearest Restricted Zone entrance upon deployment.
When a squad enters a Restricted Zone through any entrance, retreating through the same exit returns them to that entrance.
The Restricted Zone exit location is displayed via projection, showing the Mashmak scenario position and the current Corite Pulse Storm status.
Auxiliary Device
All Repair Station Beacons now auto-scan for low-HP friendly Strikers within range after deployment, dispatching one-time Repair Drones. Enters standby if no targets are found.
Repair Stations prioritize repairing mechas that airdropped current station using Repair Station Beacon.
Repair Stations and Vehicles at bases across the map still use original mechanisms.
Cargo Rocket
Same-type Cargo Rocket Beacons are stackable in the inventory; however, beacons obtained in Mashmak cannot stack in Cargo Space or Secure Cargo Bay.
Applying a paint job to Cargo Rocket Beacons affects all rockets of the same type.
Cargo Rocket Beacon I and Cargo Rocket Beacon II no longer tradable in Matrix Marketplace, but can be sold to Matrix Supplies for Matrix Credits.
Extraction Beacon
The Solo Extraction Beacon and Squad Extraction Beacon are no longer tradable in the Matrix Marketplace or sellable for Matrix Credits in Matrix Supplies. However, materials for beacon research remain tradable in the Matrix Marketplace or exchangeable for Matrix Credits in Matrix Supplies.

Matrix Marketplace
To streamline the trading process, the Matrix Marketplace will no longer offer auction mode and will only support fixed-price sales.
At the start of season maintenance, all unsold listings will be delisted. Pilots can process expired orders after maintenance.
At the start of season maintenance, all auction listings will be delisted. Completed auctions will process normally, and pilots can claim items and Corite via mail after maintenance.
Due to the limited capacity of the mail system, to prevent item loss from mail overflow, pilots are advised to promptly handle Matrix Marketplace orders in their mailbox before the update.
To simplify item searches, identical items (excluding numbered ones) are consolidated in the Matrix Marketplace. Pilots can only purchase from the lowest-priced batch.
If the lowest-priced batch is insufficient, the Matrix Marketplace will display the next lowest-priced batch.
All listed items have a fixed 48-hour sale duration with no manual setup required.
Due to policy changes, mods can no longer be listed in the Matrix Marketplace. Only Mod Box · Rare and Mod Box · Superb are allowed. The "Mod" tab under "Operation STORM" has been removed; pilots can now find Mod Box · Rare and Mod Box · Superb under the "Mod Box" tab.
Base Exploration
Base Photo adds Striker Photo and Striker + Pilot Group Photo modes. Pilots can enter the mode near the Striker Bay (L1).
In this mode, pilots can automatically adjust the Striker's orientation and pose, toggle weapons and arms, and switch to the appropriate form for Strikers with form-switching capabilities.
In this mode, pilots can hide or reposition themselves and pose for a photo with their Striker.
In addition to various lights, lenses, filters, and frames, pilots can set themed photo backgrounds. Holo projections alter the environment, creating more atmospheric Striker photos.
Pilots with jetpacks can press SPACE to hover and fly in the base. Energy recharges upon landing. For safety, indoor areas only allow ground-level flight.
When pilots invite friends to base, friends' photo poses and actions sync in real-time.
The Base L4 Commander Office and Break Room are now open. Pilots need a Commander Office Access Card or Break Room Access Card (available in the Matrix Selection shop) for biometric access. The Break Room features mini-games for relaxation and friendly competitions.
The terminal Strike Log now includes a Striker Archive, allowing pilots to view all Striker development videos.
Interface
The Pilot Report interface now features one unlocked medal slot by default, showcasing the current season's Operation VERGE Ranked Mode tier medals.
The Store tab in the main interface has been moved to the Inventory tab's right to improve layout and separation from the Matrix Marketplace.
"Logistics" has been renamed "Store."
