I’m the developer of PROJECT HUNT. Thank you for playing, leaving feedback, and supporting the game.
Who I am
I’ve been making games for about 20 years, primarily with C++ and Unreal Engine.
I previously worked at Ubisoft, and I also worked on DLCs for theHunter: Call of the Wild.
PROJECT HUNT has been in development for three years. For most of that time, I built it alongside my full-time job, working nights, weekends, and any spare time I had.
Recently, I made the decision to transition into full-time development on the project. 🙂
I’m building PROJECT HUNT as a solo developer - design, code, content, and updates. 😅
Why I started PROJECT HUNT
I love hunting games, and I really respect how many of them focus on realism.
With PROJECT HUNT, I wanted to create something different, more focused on gunplay and the joy of shooting. 🎯
My goal was to make every hunt feel satisfying, whether you play for 30 minutes or three hours—with clear feedback, strong impact, and those moments where you instantly think, “That was a great shot.”
Immersion still matters, but my priority is a moment-to-moment experience that feels fun, responsive, and rewarding.
What I’m focusing on next
New content over time (more animals / more regions) 🐾
Progression & trophy features 🏆
Quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes 🛠️
