Hello, this is the Brave Nine team.
We found an issue with the Steam Server's Underground Arena Tournament where Season 2 (End of October) and Season 3 (End of November) did not actually start.
After the Server Launched, the Tournament Season 1 proceeded without issue.
However, the 2 Seasons mentioned above did not start.
This issue has been fixed and the next Season (End of December) will start normally and the future Seasons will go on following the same schedule as the Mobile Servers.
We apologize for not being able to provide the content that you were looking forward to.We also apologize for not being able to fix this issue sooner.
We have prepared the following compensation for this issue.
[Steam Server Tournament Compensation]
Target: All Captains on Steam Server
Compensation: Diamond x2,000
Compensation Period: 09:00 Dec 18th - 09:00 Jan 1st 2024 (UTC) -once upon log-in.
Thank you.
