Welcome Back Talented Gamers!
First of all I want to give a massive thank you from everyone here at TurtleFox Games for the wonderful response to our Wave of Shadows DLC release!
If anyone has missed out on the hype, you can access Ninja, Waves Mode and the Nightshade Grove environment right now!
Generally speaking we're extremely pleased with how launch went. We've had some very useful feedback on Ninja and Waves Mode - which have both been receiving balance changes and bug fixes as player feedback rolls in. As usual, we are extremely thankful for our passionate and understanding community for helping us get the game where it needs to be!
We'll be continuing to monitor the Discord and the Steam Discussion Forums for any additional changes we can make to keep improving Wave of Shadows (and the base game) as people discover more and more of what it has to offer.
What's Next...?
Our plan now is to take some time to see how the DLC is received before we explore more paid content for the game. Wave of Shadows was an extremely ambitious undertaking and we want to make sure we're delivering what you, as players, want from new Talented gameplay.
But that doesn't mean we'll be stopping development! We'll be using this time to develop a smaller, free update that will be coming in the near future.
You'll have to wait until the next Devlog to find out what's coming in that - but rest assured even the murkiest dungeon can be made to glimmer...
Stay Talented
