Officers,
We're creating SWAT Commander for you and we stand with you as our community, so following our prologue's launch, we'd like to first thank you all for joining to give the game a shot. We're excited to see that you are playing SWAT Commander, and we would also appreciate any constructive feedback from you if we can use it to improve the game. We are a small team with big ambitions, and we would like to make sure to bring you a title you will enjoy. Without you, it is impossible.
Following that, we realize our co-op prologue hasn't met many of your expectations and we want to do what we can to address your concerns and further enhance your experience with SWAT Commander.
To that end, we've already updated the prologue. Based on your recent gameplay experience, we would like to give you the solutions:
- We've resolved an issue that caused some language versions of the game to be unavailable
- We've disabled the Quick Match feature in favor of making public lobbies simpler. Go to 'Browse Lobby' and join from there for a game with random players.
- Your lobby's roster is now locked once everyone selects the 'Ready' status; it re-opens only after the mission is over
- The team bar now features a permanent 'leave lobby' button to make exiting one easier
👉 CRUCIAL NOTE: Please remember that the functioning of the multiplayer lobby depends on the host as well. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and your configuration meets the game's specs if you wish to host a game.
Those are our updates for now. Much like in a SWAT intervention where something unexpected happens, you respond, you adapt, and then you persevere. We remain in the line of duty.
Over and NOT out,
SWAT Commander Team
