Greetings, Warriors of Pleasure and Pain!
After more than a decade in game expos, indie support, publishing, and business development, we finally said, “Why not make the game we truly want to play?” That spark led us here — to Concubine. A risky move, maybe. But passion projects always are.
Some of you may have noticed our earlier experience with publishing and Steam-side wizardry. That gave us the confidence to take a bigger leap: building a game from scratch. A little stumbling, a lot of learning, and finally — we’re ready to show you what’s been brewing behind the velvet curtains.
Let’s lift the veil…

Who will you be, behind the silks?
In Concubine, you’ll step into the role of a dangerously beautiful palace concubine. But this is no tale of quiet submission — your character hides a secret mission: to protect the Sultan from an enemy hiding within his closest circle.
Will you unravel the plot, defeat your rivals, and live a life of decadent peace inside the palace walls?
Or will you walk away from it all, choosing freedom over gilded servitude?

Shape your seductress
Choose your concubine from multiple races and completely customize her look — from body shape to hair, eye color to attitude. She must be not just strong, but irresistible. Why?
Because some enemies won’t just fall by sword… they’ll fall for her. Use seduction as a weapon. Use beauty as a blade.

Fight like a queen. Or a devil in disguise.
Our concubines don’t just pose — they fight. Fiercely. Viciously.
Wield blades, whips, bows, and exotic weapons. Travel across Istanbul-inspired battlegrounds. Uncover secrets in the Grand Bazaar. Duel rivals on the rooftops of Topkapı. Take down traitors in shadowy hamams.
On your journey, you’ll rescue other captive women and — if they prove worthy — ask the Sultan to place them under your protection… or turn them into trusted battle companions.

Loot, seduce, decorate, repeat.
Yes, there will be loot. Loads of it. Weapons, clothes, charms, jewels, and more. Power isn’t just in the fight — it’s in how you dress for it.
Back at the palace, decorate your secret chamber with exotic flair. Think One Thousand and One Nights meets power fantasy. If your taste pleases the Sultana, she might reward you with emeralds to redecorate more rooms…
And that’s just the beginning.

So, what’s next?
We’re planning to release a test build by July/August for early feedback from YOU — our growing community. Our target is Early Access in October 2025, with full release in Q1 2026 if all goes smoothly.
This is only the first of many updates. From now on, we’ll share more dev diaries, sneak peeks, and spicy secrets from the world of Concubine.
Follow us on Discord, wishlist the game, and tell us what you think.
This is your palace too.
