Patch v1.29 (maps, minor balance, ranged attack)

-fixed map for tower on elven island
-fixed map for tower on hermit island
-fixed map for Dungeon of Despair
-dark knight now gains 10 magic attack per level
-paladin now gains 16 defense per level
-barbarian now gains 14 defense per level
-ranged attack now gains 3 per dexterity point, reduced from 4 and does not increase from strength. Ranged damage was outpacing melee after a recent change so this puts it more in line. Rangers do have the easiest path for increases through attributes as dexterity increases their ranged attack, defense and to-hit chance. Melee do gain defense through close combat which offsets some of this advantage
