Patch 1.26 (mirrors, halflings, paladins and kobolds)

-removed the delay on the magic mirrors so that the player is able to move before the sound finishes
-halflings now correctly receive their +15 luck bonus
-kobolds now correctly receive their -20 constituion penalty
-paladins base luck attribute is now correct
