Patch v1.15 - small bug fix and character creation update

- Random Party Achievement should work again
- removed debug console messages for character creation
- updated character creation class selection box to show class skills, class specific abilities, prime attributes, usable weapon types and usable armor types
- updated character creation race selection box for easier viewing of racial modifiers
