Update for Windows and GNU Linux
- Fixed store achievements that weren't working after Hotfix#2.
- Removed the workshop part that was causing the crash.
- Fixed the spawn of the fair truck, which sometimes appeared flipped.
- Adjusted the scale of fair objects (some boxes were literally gigantic).
- Optimized NPC spawn.
- Optimized fair spawn.
- Adjusted some ambient sounds.
- Edited some race parameters related to NPCs.
- Added a message about saving at the start.
- Removed radar icons that are not for the Demo.
- Fixed the antenna button not working in the radial menu even with it on the car.
- Adjusted the position of the note, which was wrong again after an internal process in Hotfix#2.
