Greetings, Scholars,
We hope this message finds you well. Today, let's chat with all players about some new features we're currently working on.
First up is the long-awaited Retainer Cultivation System. By combining Philosophies, Equipment, and Talents, you can specialize your retainers into distinct military roles or weapon proficiencies, allowing each to truly excel in their own field.
You’ll also be able to teach skills and philosophies to clan members, rename them, and offer rewards to show your appreciation.
Additionally, we plan to introduce an Equipment Comparison feature to help you quickly spot differences in gear stats.
Combat Adjustments:
Defeat conditions will now require all of your units to be eliminated.
The hero display limit will be increased to 10.
Spectator targets will cover all allied units, with a new speed-up function added.
Buff damage numbers will now be color-coded according to the Five Elements.
We aim to roll out these features before September. After that, the entire Nine Provinces (Jiuzhou) map will be unlocked! Why the wait? Simply put: it’s massive!
For reference, the current Yuzhou map only covers one-ninth of the full Jiuzhou area.
Here are the adjustments and fixes already implemented in this update:
Balance Changes
Slightly reduced the bonus HP for Cavalry units.
Slightly reduced the bonus HP for Medium and Heavy Armor infantry.
Slightly reduced the overall strength of Tier 5 infantry.
Lowered the difficulty of the Bandit Camp dungeon.
Increased the drop rates for captives and loot in Siege Battles.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the spectator target would abnormally switch to enemy units during combat.
Fixed a bug where players were occasionally hit by abnormal enemy combos in battle.
Fixed an issue where players could run to the map boundary but were unable to exit combat.
Thank you, Scholars, for your continued support and patience. We remain dedicated to refining this Warring States world and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
Sincerely,
Qinchuan Hanzhu Studio
