Dear Players, here are the contents of this update:
Adjustment
The location mechanics on the world map have been rewritten; the "empty city ploy" will no longer occur.
You can no longer dispose of captured enemy heroes while assisting in battle.
After kicking a retainer from your party, they will now return to their clan's homestead instead of returning to Yiyang or wandering around.
Location descriptions can now be viewed in the description pop-up window.
Troop reinforcements on the battlefield will no longer cause lag.
The guards at will no longer immediately recognize those convicted of minor offenses; however, they will immediately recognize and pursue those convicted of serious offenses. (Except at resource points, where they tend to be less vigilant.)
Talent, Ideology
The "Insightful" concept correctly marks another failed area after a lock-picking failure.
The "Diligent Cultivation" concept increases crop growth speed when managing "Farmland Facilities."
The "Culinary Arts" concept grants additional skill experience after production.
The "Diligent Training" concept grants additional soldier experience when in command.
The "Insightful Eye" concept correctly increases gained skill experience.
The "Determined Thinking" concept correctly reduces the required level for reading all documents by 1.
The "Artifact Control" concept correctly reduces facility construction time.
The "Solid as a Mountain" talent grants a corresponding resistance buff after being hit by magic.
We will continue to adjust and add new concepts and talents to make character development more varied; a system for teaching new concepts to retainers will be added in future versions.
Fixes
Issues with the following issues during Secret Realm battles:
The number of players on both sides differs from the actual number on the battlefield.
The scene becomes blurry after a siege victory.
The reputation in the resource list at the top of the screen never updates, displaying incorrect values.
The interface freezes after the Oratory mini-game.
The charge bar doesn't disappear when crossing a Secret Realm.
Obstacles in the escape direction during combat prevent escape even at the boundary.
Recruiting prisoners as retainers doesn't change their profession.
Issues with NPCs hiding behind obstacles and preventing interaction.
Other less common issues include: troop deployment numbers not matching settings in secret realms.
An issue where reputation points for the "Entering Officialdom" quest don't refresh, making the quest impossible to complete.
An issue where the 25% bonus from the Vermilion Bird bloodline skills sometimes fails to apply.
An issue where the "Shadow Follows" talent fails to apply when switching to a second weapon.
Quests
The issue of not receiving the Nine Cauldrons Fragment after defeating Han Fei in the quest "The Sin of the Big Rat".
The issue of the incorrect tracking marker location for the quest "Going East to Ask the Way".
The issue of abnormal residual information in the instructions for quickly submitting the quest outside the city.
Issue with the City Gate service treating injuries and illnesses, where the quest objective of "Healer's Kindness" isn't being triggered.
Issue where NPCs sometimes disappear during the City Gate service.
Going forward, we will focus on completing the design of merging squad backpacks, adding a library, and marking books as read; further optimizing the war landscape across the open world, hoping to make the situation between cities more dynamic; in addition, the save system will undergo a new iteration, and we will continue to optimize the overall game smoothness and system convenience.
We are currently reworking the save system, the update pace will be slower over the next two weeks; this is to ensure that the changes to the save mechanism do not cause issues such as corrupting existing saves.
Thank you again for your patience. We will gradually implement the optimizations and content additions, and we will not back down.
After completing the repairs to the basic gameplay, we will discuss and release future update plans with you as soon as possible.
