A small update to address some UI issues and minor items.
- The UI will now scale correctly to aspects other than 16:9
- A fix for Resume and Exit buttons not functional in certain cases where the route map was open
- Some description corrections on rail units
- K/B mapping for camera rotation in Tutorial map fixed
- Train List menu window will open/close correctly
