Our second demo monthly update is here, this time we wanted to add a feature that we heard a lot of players requesting since the demo release, a way to "craft" items. We also made new balance changes, fixed a pretty annoying bug and added new languages.
Forge

We wanted to add a way to "craft" items for a long time and the forge is a new type of area that will allow you to do this, rising the previous power ceiling by allowing you to create crazy items if you're able to use it properly. Here's how it works:
- A forge area will spawn in each map after the first one.
- Once found, the forge can be used to combine 2 different items into a single "forged" item with all their modifiers and traits.
- Forged items count as their own rarity and can't be used to forge new items.
- The forge always have 1 use by default, but you can get an additional use by sacrificing 3 experience, with no limit to maximum uses.
- You need to extinguish the forge to exit its area, discarding remaining uses.
- The forge area will always be placed as an optional area to allow you to prepare before using it.
There's a lot more we want to do with the forge, especially in combination with other systems like new consumables or the upcoming masteries.
General Changes
- Added the Japanese and German languages.
- Enemies now have an increased chance of gaining items that synergize better with them for each new item they gain.
- Regrets now always reroll the the lowest positioned team trait (instead a random one when there was a tie in count).
- Maps now generate with a max amount of paths from the spawn equal to the current map number (instead of a random amount).
Balance Changes
We wanted to improve spells that were too hard to shine, as well as making lvl 3 enemy roles more defined.

Fixes
- Fixed rewards getting stuck in weird positions during their draft animation (this sometimes caused item reward options to remain unclickable behind the chest UI).
- Fixed a bug causing the Spark and Devout status effects to trigger right after a character skill use starts, they now correctly trigger after the character has finished using their skill, similar to all other "on skill use" effects.
- Fixed being able to drag characters after openning and closing the trait book while having an open reward menu.
- Fixed lag spikes when loading music tracks (this was most noticeable when a boss track loaded).
