1. Which platforms is the game available on?
▶ You can play the game through Steam.
2. What are the minimum and recommended system requirements for playing the game?

3. Which languages are supported in the game?
▶ A total of 13 languages are supported in-game, with in-game voice available in Korean, Japanese.
4. A bug/issue has been found in the game.
▶ We kindly ask for your understanding, as unexpected bugs or technical issues may occur in the demo version.
Due to the nature of the demo, it will be difficult to address the reported issues immediately. However, we will do our best to deliver a stable and polished game at launch.
If you discover any bugs or issues in the game, please report them through the Solo Leveling: ARISE OVERDRIVE Customer Support or Discord server.
You can also join discussions and share stories with fellow Hunters there, so we warmly encourage your active participation!
5. A login failure pop-up is appearing when accessing the game.
▶ You may encounter this pop-up when accessing the game in Steam offline mode. Please launch the game in online mode instead.
6. The tutorial or gameplay isn’t progressing.
▶ If the tutorial or gameplay does not progress intermittently, reconnecting to the game should allow it to continue normally.
7. The camera rotates too quickly.
▶ You can adjust the camera rotation sensitivity in the in-game Options - Controls.
8. A message appears saying Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed, and the game does not launch.
▶ If this issue occurs, please follow these steps:
Open the Steam launcher, go to your Library, right-click on Solo Leveling: ARISE Overdrive,
select Properties > Installed Files > click Verify integrity of game files.
Once the verification is complete, the game should launch properly.
9. Will the progress from the demo version carry over to the full release?
▶ Progress made in the demo version will not carry over to the full version.
10. How long will the demo version be available?
▶ The demo version will remain playable even after the Steam Next Fest (SNF).
▶ The demo version will be available until 8/27 (Wed) 17:00 (UTC+0).
