Minor changes, including (cough)dungeons no longer giving multiple versions of quest items(cough).
Fixes for:
- Flowers and Locus Box fragments re-spawning in dungeons
- Crash when dying at sea in Permadeath
- Ship sellers don't say how to get on board a ship
- Potions can destroy ground braziers, altars etc.
- Dolls don't light ground braziers
