Hello Tactics Fans!
Today, you will receive Update 5! Once again, new content primarily for the single-player mode is making its way into the game: personnel.
Clubs now have various employees based on the expansion level of their respective buildings. Each employee has an impact on different areas. The effects of assistant coaches, goalkeeper coaches, and youth coaches on training are already implemented. Better employees also mean better effects. For some employees or better employees, certain infrastructure requirements must be met. You can find more information about this in the tutorial.
As with infrastructure, there are monthly running costs (salaries) for each employee. The higher the knowledge level, the higher the monthly costs. Employees can also be dismissed to save costs in financial difficulties. In this case, severance pay will be required. To always keep track of your income and expenses, the Finance tab in the Club menu offers a kind of bank statement.
Important: Existing save games can be continued.
You can find all the changes in the changelog below.
If you encounter any issues, feel free to report them as usual on our Discord server, via email to [email protected], or in the Steam discussions.
We hope you enjoy this update!
