Q: What kind of game is "Path of Kung Fu"?
A: It is a buy-to-play, wuxia-themed, side-scrolling action RPG with real-time combat. The game features a rich narrative and intense martial arts combat, aiming to immerse players in a dark, intrigue-filled world of martial arts and revenge.
Q: How much content is there?
A: The EA version includes 10 large maps, 700,000 characters of narrative text, 24 martial arts styles, 12 light movement techniques, 17 internal arts, 3 story-driven sects, as well as open-world factions, having children and raising them, companion development, servant development, brothel gameplay, martial arts schools, San Cai books, bounty hunting, prison break, and more NPC interactions. This content represents about 55% of the full version. If the description feels abstract, you can try the demo, which will remain available for you to experience firsthand before deciding to purchase.
Q: What is the story setting of the game?
A: The story is structured around different regions, each with its own story arc, which eventually weaves into a broader narrative as you explore more areas.
Q: Can players fully control the story direction?
A: No, players can influence the outcome of some events in the EA version, but it’s not like "Baldur’s Gate 3," where every choice branches into different subplots. We will add multiple endings to some side quests, but the overall story will remain linear.
Q: What is the pricing for the EA version?
A: The game is priced at 58 RMB in China, with a launch week discount of 52.2 RMB. Pricing for other regions can be checked in the store.
Q: How long is the EA version gameplay?
A: Just following the main story and combat is estimated at 30+ hours. If you engage with the open-world interactions and random NPC gameplay, the playtime could be much longer.

A: No, due to significant changes in early data, demo saves will not carry over (to prevent bugs).
Q: Will EA saves carry over to the full release?
A: Yes.
Q: Does the game support Steam Deck or other handheld consoles?
A: We haven’t tested compatibility specifically. Please provide feedback if you encounter issues.
Q: What controls are supported?
A: Keyboard and mouse are supported. Controller support is still being refined. Please report any issues you encounter.
Q: What is the post-EA update plan?

Q: What if the loading bar gets stuck at two-thirds during game launch?
A: Ensure the game was downloaded through Steam and update your graphics driver. If the problem persists, you can contact an admin through our community.
Q: The game crashes or freezes when entering combat.
A: This is likely due to insufficient RAM. Try closing unnecessary programs or windows to resolve the issue.
Q: Where can I find the save file path?
A: C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\HuaLongZ (If you can’t find AppData, enable hidden items in the View tab.)
