City of Boutymus welcomes its visitors! The time has finally come! Azaries and her party will visit the second (and the largest) city in the game!
The moment we’ve been waiting for has finally come! Azaries and her loyal companions are about to reach Boutymus – the Golden City, brimming with tons of mysteries to unfold, endless exciting adventures to dive in, dozens of characters to meet! “Wait a sec! What about Ertan?” you might ask, but this mystery will soon be unveiled!
New content:
1) Continuation of the main story! Despite being relatively short, this yet important addition to the main campaign will explain some vital aspects of Avirentes and dangers it brings!
2) New battle with cute yet deadly forest dwellers! Don’t get fooled by their peaceful look and funny squeaking – these tough little guys will make you sweat more than once and defeating them might be a hard nut to crack even for veteran combatants of Nanraas! Will you be able to defeat them without causing too much damage and suffering?
P.S.: Tips&hints: don’t forget to replenish your healin supplies before departing!
3) Redesigned ally selection menu, which is available in the Global Map section. Now it displays more relevant information about available party mates and contains hints and tips on how their skills affect the battlefield. Also, we’re currently in the process of implementing advanced combat advisor that will allow you to choose allies before the encounter and/or even adjust their setup during the battle. Also, we're testing the Battle Buddies System (BBS), which is aimed at allowing the players to adjust and control actions of combat allies, as well as monitor their impact on the battlefield. Currently, the BBS is disabled and cannot be accessed via the game menu, but we'll be introducing it in future updates.
4) Small tweaks and improvements of EN and UA localization.

Be advised: “The Beexen’s Tale” is and addon, not a DLC, thus it won’t automatically synchronize saves with the main game via Steam Cloud. Therefore, in order to claim your bonuses and rewards, both games must be installed on the same PC and use the same iteration of the operating system. The main game should automatically locate and verify the save files, unlocking bonuses. However, if you encounter any difficulties redeeming the rewards, please contact us via our Discord channel or Steam community forums.
Thank you so much! See you in Nanraas!
