Hello all!
As there were no large, game-breaking issues last week on the beta branch, I now present to you the completed Blistering Beach!
For those of you not in the know, Blistering Beach is the unlocked potential level for the 2nd level slot. I've mentioned before, but once all the levels are complete, there will be four potential levels for each slot, assuming you have made it to ultimate difficulty - and Blistering Beach is one of those.
Blistering Beach also comes with: a host of new enemies, a new boss, new traps, new events, new motes, a new mercenary, and, of course, a new character, Bubblemancer Marble.
Marble is a pure mage that is functional at most ranges. She even has the single longest range attack I believe! She can be unlocked by finding and speaking to her in Blistering Beach.
Up next, we will be working on the Fetid Farmlands, which will be a level for the 3rd slot. After that, we will be getting into the very hard difficulty unlocks, but that's something to talk about another day!
Oh, and as a reminder, the beta branch is available to all those that are interested! In order to participate, just right click on ASU in your Steam library, choose properties, then make your ways to the 'Betas' tab. From there, there is a drop-down box on the right that will allow you to opt-in. If you ever want to head back to the default branch, then simply choose 'none' from the beta box.
Thank you all,
Until next time,
Lucas
