The windows are getting covered with elegant frost patterns; the Borderlands are snowed under by flurry of snowflakes. Again and again, the Heroes return from the battles bringing colorful mandarins. Hence, the most atmospheric season – New Year holidays – is on its way!
The holiday mood has already spread everywhere! And it brought a new action in the full-screen interface to your Castles.
Can you smell the magic scent of mandarins? Do you hear the soft whisper of a tinsel?
The new action works in accordance with the familiar and well-loved mechanics, known to the players by such actions as 'The First Awards Ceremony' and 'Pirate Treasures'.
Obviously, the most interesting New Year rewards in the action will be the new collectible talents. Just imagine how happy your Heroes will be when they get these amazing New Year artifacts!
This subset works in accordance with the familiar and well-loved principle, where the Hero gets passive bonuses for learning two, three or even four talents.
- 2 learned talents would increase Hero’s Strength or Intellect, whichever is greater, by 8
- 3 learned talents would allow using an active talent of the subset – 'Dearest Wish'. During 4 seconds the selected target will not be able to attack, use abilities or move. The effect of the talent will stop earlier, when more than 10% damage of the target's maximum Health is inflicted.
- 4 learned talent additionally improve an effect of an active talent – the effect will last one second longer. The damage that might be inflicted to the target, before the effect of the talent breaks off, will increase by 5%.
Desired Wisdom
- Required row: III;
- Prime-cost of learning: 675;
- Increases Intellect by 10 (13.2)..
Desired Strength
- Required row: III;
- Prime-cost of learning: 675;
- Increases Strength by 10 (13.2).
Desired Luckа
- Required row: IV;
- Prime-cost of learning: 825;
- Increases Agility by 13 (17).
Desired Quick Wit
- Required row: IV;
- Prime-cost of learning: 825;
- Increases Cunning by 13 (17).
Dearest Wish
- Required row: V;
- Prime-cost of learning: 1160;
- Increases Strength or Intellect, whichever is greater, by 19 (24.6);
- The targeted Hero cannot attack, use abilities and move for 4 seconds.
- The effect of the talent stops earlier if more than 10% damage of the target's maximum Health is.
Desired Valor
- Required row: VI;
- Prime-cost of learning: 1600;
- Increases Stamina or Will, whichever is greater, by 25 (33).
These talents are totally variable and match any Hero. And just imagine how they will brighten up the battlefields!
There is a certain chance that you will get these sweet-scented, orange blobs as a reward in a battle. Same as it was in the case of other actions, the higher the number of battle rewards the higher chances of getting mandarins.
Golden Age will bring its owners two bonuses at once:
- It will double the chances of receiving mandarins as a reward in a battle
- and it will double the number of mandarins you will receive!
The juicy mandarins have also arrived at the Fair.
- 100 mandarins for 100-150 Prime Crystals!
Please note!
Same as in real life, on the first days of December mandarins are just starting to appear on the battlefields. However, the closer New Year gets, the more mandarins will be found!
There are two familiar sections in the action interface; in both sections you can exchange mandarins for valuable rewards.
In the first section you can get one of the following rewards in exchange for 25 mandarins:
50000/100000/150000 any resource
50000/100000 Silver
5/10/15/20 Prime Crystals
3/5/7/10 Legendary Crystal
25/50/75 Crystal shards
