Hi everyone!
We’d like to take a moment to share some incredible, positive feedback from you all on what YOU loved about the demo (Public Playtest)! The playtest was something we’ve worked on for a long time and it’s just amazing to see that all that work has paid off after all the glowing praise we received. Needless to say, we were blown away by the praise – from seeing that Fellowship was the 5th most-played Steam Next Fest demo to getting a 92% very positive rating for the Steam demo and then just reading all of your positive feedback each day of the playtest... the playtest was a major, uplifting moment for us. We’re incredibly thankful for having such a spectacular, positive and fun community – it inspires us to continue to keep doing what we’re doing: making our dream game for you all!
- "The sheer amount of information you can convey without solely relying on vocal communication is amazing, markers, routing, interrupt timers, it feels nice and doesn't feel overloading." - @Cryokhai92
- "Fun and fast gameplay, quick to get into the action and unlock new abilities. Would love to see a more in depth itemization system instead of just higher ilvl=better, also interested to see if different weapons (when added) could impact stuff like Tariq's swing timer. Overall A+" - @banishedPickles
- "Meiko’s combo system was really well done. Favorite tank of the two for sure." - @Tro0123
- "The dungeon %s and routes felt great as a tank (I only played Meiko the entire test because of how fun she was). I really enjoyed being able to see your party's interrupt cooldown over the mobs nameplate, as well as boss timers without having to use addons. Can't wait for more!" - @Siegewarcraft_
- "A refreshing take on every role! Every character filled a specific power fantasy and extremely varied gameplay, it's so wonderful to see only 6 different characters but every single one catering to a different feeling of playing the game."- @MastodonFG
- "It was very cool how easy we found other People to Play and Team up with. Playstyle of Sylvie was very fun and had good room for growth. Armor also looked very pretty" - @Celialuena
Now of course, we know that there are things we can improve and evolve with Fellowship – that's why we wanted to have the playtest to hear from you directly on what the future of Fellowship could look like. So, in case you missed it, join our Community Director TODAY at 2pm PT on Fellowship’s Discord for our first Fellows Assembly via a special Discord event: https://discord.com/events/1254866410258038845/1348776973719306371 For this event, we'd love to hear from you about your best and not-so-best experiences from our recent playtest! We’d like to listen to your feedback directly and will be taking notes that we’ll share with the full Chief Rebel team.
Much love,
Chief Rebel
