II. New Thunder Weapon [Thunderclap Blade]
1. Passive: Use the weapon to generate a Thunder Mark nearby. Touching a Thunder Mark deals Thunder DMG to nearby enemies, stuns them, reduces the Active Skill CD, and grants the SPD Up effect
2. Active: Blink to a selected enemy, leaving a Thunder Mark at your original location (re-cast the skill to blink back to the selected Thunder Mark). The Blink deals Thunder DMG, grants ASPD Up effect, and upgrades the Basic Attacks with extra Thunder DMG
