Better resource pallet behaviour

A simple change where instead of having to keep your mouse cursor over resource pallets to move them, you now just need to hover over a pallet once and it will automatically keep on moving towards the train. This makes it way easier to grab every resource pallet around and makes getting gold a lot more enjoyable.
