We have been tracking the reports that item granting is not working when players complete the event and weekly objectives (as well as the Rising Storm 2: Vietnam crossover skins). We believe we have identified the issue and a fix should be rolled out later today.
Anybody who has earned the items in the meantime will be granted the items at that point. We hope you have fun with your time in the Tragic Kingdom.
