Update notes for version 1.14

1. Added Crow's Nest to most ships. Can be accessed by pressing Z button when using the spyglass.
2. Fixed multiple issues with sailing around the world (Travelling from America using pacific to Asia or vice versa)
3. Fixed rare issue of ships "warping/"shifting"
