Hello dear friends and supporters of the game. I apologize for disappearing for a while, but as you well know (I made sure you knew), I develop this game on my own and it’s non-profit (at least for now). So, over the past few months, my life has been pretty hectic because I graduated in architecture and immediately started my master’s degree (at the University of Brasília, in Brazil).
My master’s thesis is about my game. My idea is to make the entire learning process within the game scientifically validated. So, for now, there won’t be any new maps (more likely next year), and my focus will be on improving the educational side of the game—mainly by improving the texts, developing a more coherent logic, and creating a learning methodology for each architect. This kind of update isn’t the most exciting, but in the long run, it will be great for the game—believe me.
Last year, I published an academic paper about the game’s development, which you can find here: "https://sigradi.org/pt/publicacoes/". Click on the 2024 publication, download it, and search for “zeitgeist” using Ctrl+F—you’ll find the article. That way, you’ll better understand the purpose of my master’s degree, which continues from that paper.
Thanks for your patience.
