More bugs squashed! I would normally not push more than one patch in a day, but softlocks suck.
Fixes:
- Fixed softlock when trying to select an Action with an empty hand
- Fixed softlock in act 4 shop when out of rollable Artifacts
- You are no longer able to click rewards through the pause menu
- Confess no longer heals you, now stores NRG per status vanished as intended
- Shop-rerolls now work in the same shop you purchased the Golden Tooth Artifact in
Visual Fixes:
- If you have negative XP, your XP bar no longer animates
QOL:
- Added a "proc" animation to Perks so they should grow similar to Artifacts/Buffs/Debuffs when they trigger
