Patch Notes (v131/132):
- Fix cause of a crash involving Factories that have unset output items.
- In the Bulk Constructor, show the computed x16 crafting recipes instead of the single item recipes.
- Rename the "Relaxed" mode to "Normal" mode and improve wording of game modes.
- Show the outside temperature on the HQ display when a storm warning is not active.
- Fix a UI alignment bug with alerts.
- Simplified text in a few places.
