In pause selection players now can wiggle the right stick to identify gamepads. This is particularly useful after multiple gamepads disconnected and assignments might be mixed up
Important Note on gamepads: It is recommended to NOT use steam input.
LB and RB button now labeled correct
fixed an inconsistency regarding save file and avatar selection screen
