Hey everyone! Happy Saturday.
I wanted to give you all a quick update on the progression of Snafu as it is now a little less than a month away from release.
Firstly, about 90% of all game assets have been developed and successfully implemented into the game. No issues so far :) just a few more pieces relating to story have to be created, tested and optimised before I can happily say we are at 100%.
Second, story line progression is still slowly underway. I have not finalised the story yet and I am still jumping around on how I want to end this and what kind of bonus / Easter Egg ending I want to implement; but the weird ideas will eventually pop into my head. I hope...
Obviously, given that I am a full time accountant and it is fairly busy and work right now, it is becoming increasingly difficult to work on this game, so I am slowly beginning to worry if the March 8th release date was a bit too optimistic? I think by the end of next week, during the second Weekly Update, I should be able to tell whether or not its possible or not. Regardless of the fact, I will try my damn hardest to get this thing out. We shall see!
Overall, Snafu is about 80% complete. The main areas of work are story, optimisation, and testing.
Thank you, everyone. And happy gaming!
