Characters
Reiketsu
Reiketsu’s meter ability seldomly sees plays against the game’s bosses due to their innate ability to enrage and gain charge level 2 when reduced to charge level 0. To make it a viable option, the ability will no longer decrease the target’s charge level to 0, and rather decrease it by 1. To compensate the utility loss against regular enemies, the ability’s DMG has been slightly increased.
- Altered effects of meter ability: Assassinate -Old: Deal heavy DMG to one enemy and reduce the target's charge level to 0 -New: Deal heavy DMG to one enemy and reduce the target's charge level by 1
- Slightly increased DMG of Assassinate
