Greetings fellow ants,
As mentioned in our previous news, we recently hosted our first exclusive preview demos during GDC 2024 with a select few gaming media.
Following 30-minute hands-on sessions and Q&A with Renaud Charpentier, Game Director at Tower Five Studio, we're excited to offer you an exclusive sneak peek. Beware of spoilers, as the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!
Empire of the Ants is undoubtedly one of the best-looking RTS games I’ve played in years, and one of the most exciting new prospects for 2024. ~ PCGamesN
Seeing — and playing — is believing here. Empire of the Ants is a pure design flex in every aspect. It’s a visual spectacle that makes the most of Unreal Engine 5 and its shaping up to be a surprisingly approachable strategy game that fixes the genre’s gamepad struggles. ~ Digital Trends
Empire of the Ants impressed me with its focus on exploring a strange, small world and the Ant community that resides in it. ~ IGN
Empire of the Ants seems like it could be a sophisticated, unique RTS, and I can imagine it producing dramatic PvP moments with both players perched atop twigs on either side of a battlefield, observing their insect armies like ancient carapaced generals. ~ PC Gamer
