We’d like to share further details regarding the issue where automatic is disabled in the Steam version after the 10/29 (Wed) Update Maintenance.
As of now, when accessing the game through Steam, there is no option to select the Steam account in the login pop-up. This caused access issues to players who only have their Steam account linked.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but following the steps below set an additional linked account, you will be able to play the game normally.
■ How to Link an Additional Platform
① Go to https://members.netmarble.com
② Log in with your Steam account
③ Go to ‘Manage Linked Accounts’ to add a platform
④ Choose one additional platform (Email, Google, Apple, Facebook) and link it
⑤ Log in to the game using the platform you just linked
■ If you logged in automatically with a new account
① Close the game
② Go to the Steam client’s Library, and right-click ‘King Arthur: Legends Rise’
③ Select Manage → Browse local files
④ Delete all folder within the ‘KGame’ → ‘Saved’ folder, except the ‘Config’ folder
⑤ The Log in screen will be displayed once you access the game
