Soldiers!
Update 1.20.1 is now live and introduces Daily Rewards, Badge Balancing, Head Hitbox tweaks, better user experience and more!
Daily Reward
After the first battle of each day you will receive a new reward based on how many days you already played in the past.
Each 7th day an increasingly exciting reward will be available!
Don’t worry if you miss a day; you don’t need to log in every day consecutively to qualify for a reward. You will simply pick up where you left off!
Tweaks to Badges
We are launching our new balance changes to badges!
With some exceptions, all badges now follow the same progression from bronze to gold. Gold of course giving 100% of the bonus, silver giving 75% and bronze providing 50% of the bonus.
We also reviewed the descriptions of the badges. Some had technically incorrect information. The car thief badge showed in the description that you could capture a vehicle 75% faster, however capturing a vehicle is not 75% faster, but in fact 4x as fast, so 300% faster.
With the changes we aim to give consistency to badges and what they do by fitting them better into the game. Read all the details in the changelog!
General Changes
We are still collecting data from our recent weapon changes and will keep doing balance changes when appropriate and necessary. We have recently shifted our focus a bit on other gameplay elements.
The Head Hitbox has been tweaked. It is now decreased in size to better represent the soldier’s head.
Inactive players will now be kicked after 5 minutes to allow active players into the battle.
The tailors have been working hard to fix all the uniforms of the soldiers! The clothes on soldiers will now fit better and you will see less clipping of uniform/equipment parts and an overall better look.
Tank Controls Tweaks
We have made changes to how you fire your machinegun in tanks. It is now bound to Right Mouse Button so you only have to worry about which kind of shell you have selected.
RE-EQUIP YOUR BADGES, RELOAD AND STORM INTO WAR NOW!
Enjoy!
