【Patch Note】Bug fixes

1.0.13 Update notes
1. Fix bug that minion enemy may stack together.
2. Fix bug that some enemy may be hit in an incorrect way.
3. Fix bug that the last 4 waves enemy cannot goto front line.
4. Fix bug that select weapons in reward panel may be blocked.
5. Fix bug that reroll after selected rewards in very short time may cause player be able to select reward again.
6. Fix bug that in Deathmania mode, some level 2 weapons may has incorrect Synergy effect.
7. Make default showing equipments and links in settings.
8. Add Synergy informations for weapons in equipment info panel.
