
We recently received reports that some Mac computers encounter screen glitching and freezing issues while running the BlazBlue Entropy Effect. After investigation, we found that this issue arises from a problem with the system's graphics API on Mac computers with Apple silicon(such as M1, M2, M2 Max, etc.) under specific macOS versions.
Therefore, if you are playing BlazBlue: Entropy Effect on a Mac computer with Apple silicon, we recommend updating your macOS version to 13.2.1 or later.
