※ Please don’t load save files from Prologue or Beta Test!
- Start a new game and don’t use save files which were created with the Prologue or the Beta Test of the build. Trying to load into one of these save files will lead to bugs, which will make the game unplayable.
These are the known issues:
We are looking into all of these and try to fix them as soon as we can.
Connection issues due to Auto-Save
There is an issue which causes disconnections due to World Auto-Save by the host.
We are looking into the issue right now but for now we ask People who are the Host in Game not to use the Auto-Save feature right now.
Log-In Issue on Epic Online Services: Thanks to the user Trest
If you cannot log in into Epic Online Services (EOS) please try the following:
- While the Game is running open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
- Close the EOS Backround Progress (Epic Online Services Overlay)
- try to go into Multiplayer again
This method helped some users to log in to Epic Games Online Services again.
[Crash] Fatal Error
Some people are having a fatal error when trying to start the game.
Here is a possible fix for some players: (Thanks to the User Wholf)
- Launch the game via DirectX 11
- Open your Steam library.
- Right-click the game title and select Properties.
- Under the General tab, locate the Launch options section.
- Enter this command: -d3d11 OR this command: -dx11
- Close the Properties window and launch the game.
*If this doesn’t resolve the issue, return to Properties, go to the Installed Files tab, and select Verify integrity of game files. This will check and restore any missing or corrupted files. Once completed, try launching the game again.
[Settings] A performance issue related to the 'Soft Lock Activation' setting has been discovered
- For players experiencing significant delays when hitting monsters, it is recommended to turn off the 'Soft Lock Activation' feature.
A bug appeared, which allows three people to play together in multiplayer
- Since the savedata is stored separately, there should be no issues with the save files.
- However, in the current version, the game is very unstable if three people enter the same room. This may lead to more errors such as game crashes, so please play only up to two people.
- This bug does not appear in room which are protected by a password. Please make sure to set a password!
[Multiplayer] Client Crashing When having a big Save Data
- When a player has acquired over 90% of skills, completed over 90% of quests and tutorials, learned all fairy skills, expanded the inventory to the maximum, and filled the inventory with all items, the game will crashes upon respawning after death.
- Currently, some progress has been made in resolving this issue, but it cannot be considered completely fixed yet.
- Although it's not expected that users will quickly accumulate such data in the late game, we plan to address this issue with a hotfix within a week.
[Multiplayer] Intermittent Client Crashing
- There are still random client crashes that occur completely at random. Sometimes there are no crashes for 3-4 hours, while other times it may crash after just one hour. Because it happens randomly, we are working internally to identify the cause, and we will resolve it as soon as the cause is determined.
Translation Issues
- Different translation errors for some languages.
