New in this patch:
- Brought Stratford back into the game (sorry! I disabled this for testing and forgot to enable before pushing the update)
- Added some new wind sound effects when near tornadoes
- Added first-person and in-vehicle look sensitivity settings (access in the settings menu: esc or start button on controller)
- Fixed issue with mouse scroll wheel making the camera zoom uncontrollable
- You can now enter/exit the pause screen with the start button on controllers
- Patched bug where residents wouldn't shelter when warned
- Laptop 'Radar' button no longer locked out when using a mouse
