Happy Friday, everyone!
Our team are currently hard at work on the combat elements of our game and the tactical decision-making that goes into every desperate encounter.
So rather than sharing our latest progress, we thought we'd turn today's update on its head and throw a question out to all of you to get into the minds of our future players – and test your strategic thinking.

Put yourself into the shoes of our character in the gameplay screenshot above.
You're a normal man, with no particular skills or training in combat. Your upper body strength isn't exactly what it used to be. You're exhausted and you're not wearing any protective gear (and, let's be honest, your fit isn't exactly as fresh as it was when you put it on two weeks ago.)
But most of all, you're hungry. And you've been hungry for some time. And more than that, the people you're currently staying with are starving, too. And they're starting to become desperate. You can see it in their eyes. You know you can't show up empty handed.
You've got a small pistol but you've run out of bullets. You've got a knife that you managed to scavenge from a nearby abandoned store, although the handle is looking wobbly so you're not sure how long it's going to last. You have the backpack on your back but it can only fit so much.
It seems like the figures in the next room haven't noticed you, but that could change at any moment. However many there are, it ain't great odds. But the kitchen is where the food will be... right?
So, what's your plan?
