In-game changes:
Custom empires spawn in always - option added
Added an option to control whether custom empires always appear in new games.
UI - Consistent tooltip scaling
Fixed an issue where tooltips did not scale correctly at 4k resolution (i.e. on macOS).
Stability - Loading is more deterministic
Improved initialization flow to make loading and game setup more consistent across sessions.
This update focuses on improving platform support and overall stability while restoring key community resources. More content-focused updates will follow.
