Fixed two secrets that weren't trigger as expected

If you had trouble with a secret in Withering Hills and Fungal Shelf, they are now corrected.

In Fungal Shelf, it should self correct by visiting again.
In Withering Hills, you will need to trigger one of the things again to complete it.

My apologies to the completers that really dig deep to get all the secrets. May you reach 100%!
