Hello fellow Dwarf emperors! We'd like to share what's been going on for the past two weeks as it's been a long two weeks for us.
Sorry I haven't gotten back with an update last week. My job has been a bit crazy since they bought a new machine and I've been training on it and haven't been able to do what I want with the game; however, a lot has been done regardless!
Update News
- Artist has finished some of our artwork and we've been updating the store page with the new logo!
- Updated some of the screenshots to match what's currently IN the game as per last update with the UI changes and dwarf behavior updates.
- New trailer video is being made and will be up soon!
Artwork & Store Page
Game News
- Added more achievements! (The achievements will be on Steam soon)
- Added perk requirement: area, floor and floor resets. What does this mean? It means you need to meet the required area number the dwarves have to mine to, along with unlocking the required floor and how many times that floor has been reset. Resetting is still being worked on and I want it to be worth doing because there won't be any more materials left to mine.
- Updated almost all perks to make the grind sweet. As I mentioned last week I want to feel like progression is there so I feel it's balanced for now. We'll see after more testing though!
General (All)
- Fixed placeable perk not disappearing after purchase.
- Fixed materials in Dwarven Book not showing when unlocking new things that requires that material.
- Fixed placeables offset when placing them on a new floor.
- Fixed not being able to use coal and other sources (other than Dirt, Stone, Mud) as a fuel source.
Fixes (All)
Updates might be coming every other week so don't feel like nothing is going on. There's always something going on! Thanks for reading and see you in the next one. \o
