Bugfix and balance patch:
- Fixed: Night Brightness does not apply on game start
- Fixed: issue with Map in window mode
- Fixed: better anchoring of Mini-map and side panel of quests (to support wider range of resolutions)
- Added: VSync option is persisted now
- Changed: Iron Crossbow damage decreased
- Changed: traders' buy-prices for pro weapons decreased
- Changed: traders' sell-prices for transmitters for calling air delivery of vehicles increased
- Changed: Chat message has 120 chars now
- Changed: (global) and (private) prefixes removed from chat messages
- Changed: nicknames in chat have colors by its purpose (global, proximity, private)
