Dev Blog – February 2025

What’s going on? Why hasn’t my favorite game received an update for two months?
Wastelanders, we hear you loud and clear! While the surface may seem quiet, behind the scenes, we’ve been working harder than ever on something truly game-changing. Our team has been deep in development, pushing the limits of what’s possible, and today, we’re beyond excited to finally share a glimpse of what’s coming next.

A Brand-New World Generator
We’re developing a completely new dynamic world generator that will take the game to the next level. This system will introduce massive improvements to the way the world is built, making exploration more immersive, unpredictable, and optimized for better performance. Here’s what’s coming:
- A world up to 900 km² (30 x 30 km) – We’re testing the biggest world yet! But thanks to our dynamic generation system, the world is created around the player, significantly reducing RAM and CPU load.

- Full compatibility between Windows and Linux – No more compatibility issues! Linux server owners will be able to host with ease.
- New vegetation – Fresh landscapes filled with new resources and secrets to discover.
- New biomes – Explore diverse environments, each with unique challenges and rewards.
- New textures – A visual overhaul that brings even more detail and realism.
- New buildings – More places to loot, shelter in, and fight for survival.
- New enemies – Unseen threats lurking in the wasteland, ready to test your survival skills.

We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we know how much you crave bigger, better, and more immersive worlds. That’s exactly what we’re building, and we can’t wait to let you step into this next evolution of the game.

Thank you for your patience and support—it’s your passion that drives us forward every day. Stay tuned for more updates, and get ready to explore a world like never before!
Stay strong, survivors. The wasteland is evolving.
