Hello everyone,
After some hard development I managed to learn the Unreal Engine network interface and the Steam network interface.
So I've reached the point where the game is running in C++ and using the source Unreal Engine.
This brought with it a dedicated server.
I want to thank everyone for not giving up on me and my game and coming all the way to this point.
Thank you.
I am releasing the server and the game for everyone for a certain period of time until further notice.
So everyone can test and play. But I will ask everyone to leave feedback in the discussions.
Your response will be very important to me now.
Write your knowledge, ideas, but also criticism.
I created a special map for this server. It is an inhospitable island. Everything is dry burnt.
There are few raw materials and little preserved nature. It is a Survival action. The water rises and falls according to the weather.
So, where there was dry land, there may be a flood later. Where there was no water. There is suddenly 3M of water.
Keep that in mind when you're building your base.
So there is a Client and a Server available.
I allow you to host the server. But it is necessary to open the ports: Default: 7777
Or to the port you choose. All server settings are in :Server.bat
Set the server name and port to change or leave.
Your IP address must be public.
I do not rule out functionality with RADMIN or Hamachi. I didn't test.
I currently host only one server for a maximum of 200 people.
I don't know the stability and we have to test all this.
I will greatly appreciate it if one of you will also set up servers.
I already work on safe zones and PVE servers.
So far it's only PVP. But you can make your own server or I have enabled SinglePlayer. (One player)
But I would be grateful if they used dedicated servers.
Here is the server for Windows 64bit.

I am currently aware of a few errors that could occur in the game, so I will list them.
Please always read the update description so you know what has been done and what is not working.
Thank you.
Inventory
It used to be that when you disconnected from the server and then came back. You had no inventory. You had to kill yourself with K. But now it's been over 30 sessions and it hasn't happened once. Nevertheless, I mention it.
High Jump
Sometimes when you're a few meters above the ground and you decide to jump and fly, the running animation might start and you'll run in place. Either disconnect and connect or kill with "K".
This is done by the swimming component. I am working on it.
Enter
When you press ENTER, you crouch permanently.
Can be canceled with L-CTRL
Abyss in the rock
There are a couple of places on the map where if you rock climb you can sink in up to your waist.
Please take a picture of the position where it was and send it to Discord. But this applies to all errors that occur.
You can send it to me on Discord.
A couple of objects are untextured. I'm working on a fix.
Here is Discord to solve the problem.
