Patch 1.3.0

New derelicts content!
Fixed selling price issues of the exchange.
Fixed the fleets getting no permission to enter their destination system prompt.
Fixed Sectoid expansion efforts overwhelm the entire star cluster, now only basses of green systems spawn brood ships as opposed to every sectoid base.
Detected fleets panel now can be expended when the yellow arrow appears.
Also added the requested feature of being able to click on the detected fleet icon not just the left and right arrows.
Tweaked the combat ai to use a bit more power on sensors so they may consider not only the closest enemy vessel as a target. I am trying to make the ai a bit more tactical in choosing their targets.
Reduced the plasma repeater projectile's hit point, they were too hard to intercept.
Reduced turret's hit point also and halved their armour to make it easer to disable them.
